This simple snack is packed with the natural sweetness of apples, warm and comforting spices, and a dose of fiber that’ll help keep your blood sugar level and aid in digestion!
Ingredients:
– 4 large apples (any kind)
– 2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1 tsp apple pie spice
Instructions:
– Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Core apples and place in baking dish.
– Mix cinnamon and apple pie spice, then sprinkle over apples.
– Bake for 25-30 minutes.
– Enjoy by themselves, with some Greek yogurt, with oatmeal… such a versatile snack!
