Faces at Brickhouse: Katie (and Riley!) DeCoster

Katie joined Brickhouse in November of 2017 and has been a smiling, positive presence since the day she started! With an athletic background, we knew early on that Katie was going to be a great athlete. She took to the movements well and became intent on getting better at skills like pull-ups, muscle-ups and handstand walking. Seeing her progress has been rewarding!

Since entering the CrossFit world, she has set a lot of PRs, competed at a high level, trained entirely through her pregnancy, and has come back after having baby Riley to consistently improve her fitness each week! Right now during the COVID pandemic, she’s training at home with Online Coaching and crushing things. With a mix of barbell, bodyweight moves and her home pull-up bar, we’ve made some great fitness gains these past two months. Excited to see what is next Katie!
